For the past 40 years Larry has worked in the Home Building and Civil Engineering industry. He has worked for the past 20 years for K. Hovnanian, a national public home builder based in New Jersey, where he managed luxury custom home and single family active adult projects totaling over 1000 homes. Larry’s experience includes management positions in land acquisition, subdivision design, construction management and home owner service. Throughout his career Larry learned the value of customer satisfaction, a quality he has excelled in at whatever he has pursued.
Larry and his wife, Amy McMillan, have vacationed in Park City for years and fell in love with the lifestyle, small town charm and recreational amenities available. They decided to take advantage of all that Park City has to offer and moved here to pursue the lifestyle they had dreamed about.
